the room we had included coffee/tea making machines, a work desk, and a flat-screen tv with satellite channels. the location offered was exceptional and good close enough to the center of new astana and astana.

The location was absolutely perfect and marvellous, for example, Bayterek Monument was within walking distance of the hotel. The staff were very very helpful and were always there to help.

Would recommend for a transient stop

Comfortable room, attentive staff, made our first wedding anniversary special with a thoughtful welcome gift and lovely dining experiences at the restaurant.

Had an ABSOLUTELY AMAZING stay with my mother, we spent 3 nights here, everything was brand-new. The location was exceptional - just 5 minutes' walk from Bayterek Monument. The area was nice enough just next door to the center of new Astana, and new Astana.

Business travelers' haven

The food and beverages in the lounge were genuinely excellent. The staff, especially Olzhal, was excellent when they helped my partner with a SIM card issue.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but overall, it's acceptable.

Breakfast was enjoyable but dinner was terrible.

The Beautiful Double Room was super comfy with two cozy beds, perfect for our family. The room was well-equipped and had a nice view over snowy Astana, a lovely touch. Definitely seemed like a special occasion getaway. Loved the breakfast too!

Our family had a great time during our 2-night stay. The room was spacious with two cozy double beds that were perfect for the kids. The breakfast spread was excellent, especially the pancakes, which everyone loved. The highlight for the kids was definitely the swimming pool, where they spent hours having fun.

The hotel is in a great central location. Staff at the reception and concierge were friendly, made the check-in process smooth. The Club room I stayed in was spacious and provided lounge access, perfect for some relaxing downtime. The heated bathroom floor was a cozy touch that I really appreciated. The breakfast was quite crowded, and there weren't many healthy options like yogurt. I found the bed a bit too hard for my liking, difficult to get comfortable at night. The curtains didn't block out enough light. While I enjoyed the pool, the dining options needed serious improvement. The main restaurant's food, especially the in-room dining, was noticeably below standards expected from a 5-star hotel. It felt more like cafeteria food, lacking flavor and quality. While the hotel had some strong points like the friendly staff and good location, the dining experience and room features could definitely use some upgrades.

The breakfast was a game-changer, with a fantastic spread that seemed like a foodie paradise. Plus, the spa area is like a mini vacation within a vacation-just perfect for unwinding after a long day.
